Rémunération: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
JOB OVERVIEW: A key member of accounting staff that manages the finance and accounting of a hotel property. Work with the corporate team and the property level managers to ensure key deadlines are met. The position requires effective communication with vendors and operations staff to maintain an effective payables department producing payments on time. Responsibilities also include cashiering functions for TAH. Reporting and other requirements are outlined in the section below.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable invoices efficiently and accurately by using correct GL codes and ensure all proper backups are attached using three-way matching for multiple legal entities.
- Process outgoing payments efficiently and accurately in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Retrieve daily cash deposit, audit for accuracy, and prepare cash discrepancy reports.
- Process petty cash receipts and reimbursement, as well as maintain and control house banks & main cash vault.
- Assist Accounting Manager with AR Reconciliation and billing.
- Assist Accounting Manager with chargeback inquiries.
- Assist in the month end close process by preparing AP accrual list, conducting Blossom/Harbor Market inventory count, filing documents, etc.
- Process all company & intercompany documents in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare 1099 tax reporting at year-end.
- Cross-train in other areas within the Accounting Department.
- Ad Hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job it may require to:
- Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally.
- Frequently use fingers and hands for keyboard and arms to reach

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma.
- Three years experience in various accounting functions in a hotel operation.
