As a member of the Human Resources staff, he/she will work with the Corporate Director of Human Resources to carry out employee relations matters at the different entities along with ensuring compliance. The Senior Employee Relations Manager will be involved in company-wide Employee Relations such as investigations, complaints, disciplinary actions, suspensions and terminations. This role will in addition monitor/ensure compliance with all local/state/federal mandated reports.
The Corporate Revenue Manager will work with the Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Director of Revenue Management for the Westin to provide analytic and support functions for revenue management responsibilities for hotel portfolio, as well as assisting in supervising the reservations call center. The associate will assist revenue management leadership by providing support with reporting requirements, forecasts, rate adjustments, rate offer creation, system maintenance. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must be proficient in Marriott Revenue Management Systems, Amadeus I-hotelier products, Opera PMS and Ideas G3 RMS.
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner.
