  Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the valet cashier desk. Ensure all guests are courteously, cordially and efficiently handled with special attention to the valet operation. To monitor the activities of the valet desk, by answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently dispatching the staff, and assisting guests with vehicle requests, parking charges and payments.Ocasionally parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

• House Person (Housekeeping)

  The House Person role supports the room attendants and services public areas to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.

• Room Attendant - Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  As a room attendant you will assist in cleaning guest rooms and/or suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.

• Cook 2 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: The Cook 2 is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the banquet kitchen. Must prepare and execute all menu items for their station if in an outlet according to the recipe cards to ensure that quality standards are being met.

• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: Westin Anaheim’s Outlet servers will execute dining service from any outlet to include; Tangerine Room (Mainly), RISE, Bella’s Splash pool or Bar 1030. The server will be a dynamic individual who is able to take orders, serve tables and manage a dining room with fine dining abilities and finesse to adhere to Westin Anaheim Resort’s high standards. Our serves will be the face of our restaurants and responsible for our customers’ experiences.   Responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and escorting guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and orientate the guests on room features (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services, and other features of the room). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.

• Director of Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  JOB OVERVIEW:Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Banquets department in accordance with Westin Anaheim Resort standards. Coordinates all aspects of event operations from setup, service, strike and cleaning.Reviews and executes Event Orders for clients' functions.  Achieves budgeted revenue, controls labor and expenses to achieve department profit goals.  Demonstrates, trains and implements a high level of customer/client service and service standards.

  Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff daily. Front office areas include Front Desk, Service Express, Concierge and Front Services. Position directs and works with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  OVERVIEW: The Housekeeping Supervisor assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel guestrooms, hallways and landings in accordance with standards. Responsible for conducting daily written inspections of guestrooms. 

• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

• Restaurant Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service.
