Position Overview:

As the Senior Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll oversee all restaurant operations, champion customer service excellence, drive profitability, and shape the identity and future of Silver Trumpet. This is a guest-facing leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor and enjoys being the face of a dynamic venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Hire, train, lead, and inspire a diverse team with clear goals and continuous feedback.
• Maintain and build upon Silver Trumpet’s elevated service standards.
• Be visible and accessible on the floor to staff and guests alike.
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and manage weekly scheduling and payroll.
• Market and promote the restaurant to drive revenue and awareness.
• Uphold all hotel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Lead ongoing training programs for both new hires and existing team members.
• Handle performance reviews, coaching, and when necessary, employee discipline or terminations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in a food & beverage leadership role in a full-service hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and service excellence.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems (Micros preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and consistency.
• Experience in a Four-Diamond or similar standard environment preferred.
• Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, noise levels, and restaurant conditions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
