Use digital communication including telephones, computers, and mobile devices to communicate electronically in a professional manner. Handle guest challenges using empathy and hospitality. At times you will be asked to take orders and facilitate payment, requiring thorough product knowledge. Being punctual and following hotel policy and guidelines while fostering a safe environment for all is paramount.

The busser role assists the restaurant through a variety of ways as defined in the work requirements. Your role includes following both Avenue of the Arts service standards and Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotel and restaurants. Your role also requires following a stringent set of local, state, and federal safety policies. This position involves heavy guest contact, making appearance guidelines, body language, and cleanliness a crucial aspect of this role.

Room Attendant
(Housekeeping)
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms as assigned on a daily basis. The Housekeeping Room Attendant must ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to hotels set standards. Rooms must be ready in a timely manner for guests accommodations and work must be done in a safe, accident free manner according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Interaction with guests and co workers must be conducted in a service oriented and friendly manner.

The Banquet Server represent the highest revenue generating department in the resort, and by this; the banquet server will have a charismatic personality and banqueting experience that encases the best banquet events in Orange County by applying impeccable serving abilities for all our guests. The Banquet Server maintains a clean and organized work environment.
