Concierge

OVERVIEW: Concierge is responsible for guest requests as well as all things related to Club Anaheim rooms and guests. Assisting the front office including Front Desk and Bell Desk to ensure all guests are helped in a timely manner is also an integral part of the Concierge responsibilities.

Front Desk Supervisor

Ensure all Front desk agents have all the departures taken care of and cleared out of the system by 12pm

PMT Supervisor
(Engineering/Maintenance)
The PMT Supervisor will assist and collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager & Assistant Chief Engineer to develop maintenance related programs, processes and standards. The PMT Supervisor will be responsible for the hotel’s preventative maintenance in rooms and to building exterior, repairs, electrical and plumbing. Daily monitoring and additional maintenance projects are included.

Engineering II
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. Complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Chief Engineer.

Front Desk Agent

· Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guest in and out, and for properly accommodating guest from start to finish.
