The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in the leadership, execution, and oversight of all outlet operations, including Tangerine Room, Bar 1030, RISE Rooftop, Bella's Splash Pool, and In-Room Dining. This role serves as the senior operational leader supporting the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for ensuring luxury service standards, operational consistency, labor productivity, cleanliness, and team accountability are executed at the highest level across all outlets. The Senior Food & Beverage Manager leads from the floor, develops leaders, anticipates operational needs, and always ensures seamless and controlled guest experience. Success in this role is defined by the ability to execute departmental standards through visibility, accountability, and leadership while supporting the overall goals and direction established by the Director of Food & Beverage. This position serves as an extension of the Director of Food & Beverage and is expected to build, develop, and hold leaders accountable while maintaining a highly engaged and performance-driven culture. This role is intended to develop future Food & Beverage leaders. Individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership, operational excellence, financial awareness, and the ability to drive results may be considered for future advancement opportunities, including Assistant Director of Food & Beverage positions as they become available. This is a hands-on leadership role where presence, accountability, urgency, and consistency define success.

Responsible for telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Valet), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Review/Track/Accommodate requests for room/check-out changes when possible; communicate status to appropriate staff. Confirm reservations and cancellations. Review out-of-order rooms daily. Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions. Verify and adjust billing for guests. File guest paperwork or documentation. Set up/process all guest check-ins/check-outs. Activate room keys. Secure valid payment. Identify any over-commitments. Perform duplicate reservation checks; block rooms. Run daily reports. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Working in close partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage, Operations, and the Marketing team, this position serves as the primary coordinator for private dining events, large party reservations, and outlet activations while proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, community outreach, and relationship development. This role is expected to build meaningful partnerships throughout the local community, identify emerging hospitality and social media trends, coordinate engaging promotional initiatives, and support marketing efforts that strengthen brand awareness and increase outlet traffic. Succes in this role is defined by the ability to execute exceptional guest experiences, generate new business, build lasting client and community relationships, and consistently support the department's vision through creativity, initiative, and execution. This position is expected to think beyond daily responsibilities by bringing innovative ideas, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with the Director of Food & Beverage and Marketing team to continually elevate the Food & Beverage program.

Responsible for greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and escorting guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and orientate the guests on room features (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services, and other features of the room). Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Supply guests with directions. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
