Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Ensures that the guests are seated and attend to any questions that they may have. A Host will be an operator and possess skillful organizational skills to maintain the dining area well controlled, answer phones, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner as well as direct calls when applicable.

Responsible for processing all guest check-ins/check-outs, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

JOB OVERVIEW: Receiving involves numerous details and a watchful, organized team member to follow the standards. As a Receiving Clerk, some of your duties will include ordering, stocking, and rotating product. You will assist with creating and maintaining inventory pars, as well as maintaining a neat, clean, and organized storage room. You will help team members with locating product, creating purchase orders and taking special orders for events. This role also orders and is responsible for the requisition process internally for all departments.
