OVERVIEW: The Housekeeping Supervisor assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel guestrooms, hallways and landings in accordance with standards. Responsible for conducting daily written inspections of guestrooms.
OVERVIEW: The stewarding supervisor is responsible for supervising all stewards and dishwashers. The stewarding supervisor coordinates equipment needs for all F&B departments including culinary. The stewarding supervisor plans logistics of equipment, china, glass and silver for all banquet events and outlets. The stewarding supervisor inventories and maintains all OSE for F&B and ensure all OSE is clean and operational. The Stewarding supervisor plans and executes cleaning and sanitizing schedules to meet local, state and company regulations including HACCP and Covid 19 regulations. The stewarding supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all stewarding equipment including chemical inventories.

Th Events Manager is dedicated to providing exemplary service in order to create lasting and favorable memories. This position ensures the complete coordination of all events, meetings and conventions hosted in the hotel. Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property functions, while promoting the company’s core service standards and brand attributes; supports the company’s sustainability initiatives and platform; and manages the operations by maintaining a positive,forward-thinking, and safe environment.
The Jr. Sous Chef is responsible for the daily operations of the associated areas of kitchen and maintains the culinary highest standards of all the outlets. The Jr. Sous Chef is managing all other food preparation associates, and drives the motivation and productivity of the culinary team. The Jr. Sous Chef reports to the Banquet Chef.
OVERVIEW: The Westin Cook 2 is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the kitchen. Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the valet cashier desk. Ensure all guests are courteously, cordially and efficiently handled with special attention to the valet operation. To monitor the activities of the valet desk, by answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently dispatching the staff, and assisting guests with vehicle requests, parking charges and payments.Ocasionally parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. This is a Part-time position.

The Seamstress/Uniform Attendant assess quality of all linen and uniforms by inspecting garment for rips and stains. Assist employees with accepting and distributing uniforms Perform daily repairs on employee uniforms including, but not limited to, repairing rips, replacing zippers, and changing/replacing trim. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of sewing equipment and all other areas under his/her control.

OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service. Part time position available.
OVERVIEW: Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Dishwashers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machines and pot wash areas including chemical inventories.
