JOB OVERVIEW: Receiving involves numerous details and a watchful, organized team member to follow the standards. As a Receiving Clerk, some of your duties will include ordering, stocking, and rotating product. You will assist with creating and maintaining inventory pars, as well as maintaining a neat, clean, and organized storage room. You will help team members with locating product, creating purchase orders and taking special orders for events. This role also orders and is responsible for the requisition process internally for all departments.
OVERVIEW: The Cook 1 is responsible for overseeing and supervising Rise - Rooftop Lounge. The Cook 1 must demonstrate the highest standards as a role model and have the ability to coach other cooks as needed to ensure standards are being met. Responsible for daily production and execution of menu items. The Cook 1 communicates effectively and daily with the Chef on duty in regards to staff performance and daily production.
The Jr. Sous Chef is responsible for the daily operations of the associated areas of kitchen and maintains the culinary highest standards of all the outlets. The Jr. Sous Chef is managing all other food preparation associates, and drives the motivation and productivity of the culinary team. The Jr. Sous Chef reports to the Banquet Chef.
OVERVIEW: Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Dishwashers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machines and pot wash areas including chemical inventories.
Responsible for telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Valet), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

Our club Lounge attendant will be a dynamic individual who is able to communicate well, the ability to serve and maintain cleanliness at the Westin Club. The attendant will be quick on their feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.
Take reservations via the telephone, mailed correspondence, rooming lists, and in-house requests. Enter the information into the Property Management System (PMS). Provide meeting planners and Convention Service Managers one reservations point of contact. Handle all reservations aspects of a group. Handle room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations, client correspondence relating to reservations and other group reservation functions.

OVERVIEW: The Housekeeping Supervisor assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel guestrooms, hallways and landings in accordance with standards. Responsible for conducting daily written inspections of guestrooms.
